Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

SP West Youth Tackle Football

Sun Prairie West Youth Football offers youth tackle football programs for Sun Prairie area youth in the 4th through 8th grades. Sun Prairie West Youth Football participates in the Badger Alliance Youth and Middle School Leagues. Sun Prairie West Youth Football uses a fair play system to decide standing. Participation in practices, attitude and teamwork determine playing time. Sun Prairie West Youth Football offers a full refund of registration until the first day of practice, August 3rd, 2026. If players fees are not paid in full by the first practice, your player will not be allowed to participate. Equipment will not be loaned to players who haven't paid.

SPW Youth 7v7 Touch Football

Full refunds will be given to families by request for up to 1 week prior to the first Sunday of games.
